The current blog is Tim interviewing Ron Garner about his book Conscious Health.

Ron Garner is a health researcher, educator, author, and speaker whose new book “Conscious Health” will greatly impact our perception of our own health care. For a major part of his life he was a teacher in the public school system in Canada, where he also served as school Principal and Regional Superintendent for the province of British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.

Throughout most of his life he suffered from various allergy problems that affected his general health. He could feel and see his physical condition degenerating, and he actively searched for solutions. He had always felt that drugs were not the answer, and that hope for a full return to health lay in solutions within the natural health field.

Marrying his teaching and writing skills, he presents complex subjects and conflicting viewpoints in an organized, easy-to-understand manner in “Conscious Health.” Conscious Health is written for the layperson to understand why we should make the changes he presents for our life habits. It can be read from cover to cover or used like an alternative health refer¬ence book. Underneath the content of his writing, I found the evidence of his passion for truth and his desire to help others
